VS Code Pets

I may be late to the game but I recently came across this VS Code extension and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share. It is just too adorable!

Now you can have a buddy or several buddies with you while you code. You can also choose from a variety of pets.

Download this extension from the VS Code Marketplace created by Anthony Shaw.

To start Pet Panel, run the following command in Command Palette (Ctrl (Cmd) + Shift + P).

vscode-pets.start

There are several other commands that you can run.

vscode-pets.spawn-pet
vscode-pets.delete-pets
vscode-pets.delete-pet
vscode-pets.throw-ball
vscode-pets.theme = “castle” or “forest”

You can also change settings for Pet Panel under File > Preferences > Settings. Scroll all the way down until you see vscode-pets.
